David’s Ltd Jewelers is owned and operated by David and Sandie Rousso, as they continue their family legacy of over 65 years in the jewelry business here in Charlotte, while celebrating 40 years as Charlotte’s Ideal Diamond Specialists and Jewelers of Distinction Since 1977. David’s Ltd Jewelers is located in Charlotte, North Carolina in the VILLAGE AT SOUTH PARK, “Just Two Doors Down from Crate & Barrel”, directly across from the main front entrance to South Park Mall off Sharon Road.

David’s Ltd Jewelers opened during the Spring of 1977 in uptown Charlotte and opened a second location in October 1990, in Southeast Charlotte. The uptown location was closed in March of 1993 to consolidate the operation at the larger suburban location, where the business grew over the next 17 years. In December 2009, David & Sandie Rousso seized the opportunity to move the business to its present location, in the upscale South Park area of Charlotte at South Park Mall.

David’s Ltd Jewelers is known for their exquisite array of platinum, 18k gold, 14k gold, sterling silver fine jewelry, and unique jewelry collections from the industry’s finest designers. They also feature prestige Swiss and American timepieces, vivid colored gemstones, lustrous pearls and specialize in designing one-of-a-kind, custom made jewelry items for their clients. David’s Ltd Jewelers offers only GIA or AGS laboratory reports on the diamonds they sell and are proud to be the exclusive Charlotte representative for Hearts on Fire, “The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond®”. Diamonds and other fine gemstones are presented by their staff of GIA Graduate Gemologists, GIA Diamond Course Graduates and AGS Graduate Sales Associates, in an AGS accredited gem lab and private viewing room.

As proud members of the American Gem Society, where only 5% of jewelry businesses in the U.S. and Canada maintain the business ethics and credentials to be awarded membership, David and Sandie encourage their sales associates to advance their knowledge in gemology through the diamond and colored stones courses offered by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the American Gem Society (AGS). David Rousso has lead by example, having achieved the title of Certified Gemologist Appraiser, the highest level of gemological training attainable for the professional jeweler and has served as President of The North Carolina Guild Chapter of the American Gem Society and as National Ethics Chairman on the Board of Directors of the American Gem Society.
